lhoden

Lhoden Choephel was born in the year 1981(Iron rooster year). He was born to Mr. Rinchen and Aum Ugyen Ongmo in the Pelshulphug village under Mongar district in Bhutan. His parents recall him befalling with illness when he was three-day old. His illness left him ailing for many years. When he was born, he was named Wangchuk. His paternal grandmother gave his pet name Chudangpa which he realizes as a symbolic name today. He is also called as Seegyal Dawa.                                              As a young school goer, Lhoden studied in various schools spreading all over Bhutan. A devout boy attempted to give up modern schooling for monastic life. How ever, looking back at his family's wishes, he took on B.Ed in NIE, Samtse. Currently he is also working very closely with dharma materials for the wellbeing of all sentient beings.
His name Lhoden choephel is a sacred name because one sun day  early morning in 2007, he was awake subconsciously when he heard a loud voice call out as he himself  also uttered "Lhoden Gendun Choephel"  strangely. That was perhaps his destined name. On auspicious occasions he wears on a monk robe before he recites some prayers. He made completedhomang recitation in  2007. He always wishes to visit Tibet once in his life time.
Lhoden adopted Jetsun Wangmo Dorje as his heart daughter in 2011. He loves and care her very much. He is wising long life, prosperity and happiness to his daughter while meeting her dreams in reality in one life time.
Currently Lhoden is studying Master Degree in Education at Rangsit University,Thailand. He tells his friends: "Love the nature of the mind than people itself." He used to post what he feels on facebook and one can find him by searching for "Lhoden Gendun CHoephel".
He would be happy if you are going to talk anything related to dharma or share your  views about buddha dharma. There can be practically many forms of dharma. He doesn't discriminate it all though he sticks to only buddhism.
With regards and prayers from Lhoden in dharma, take care and good luck!
